There is nowhere to enter my credit card information on the checkout page

If you get to the checkout page and there is nowhere to enter your credit card information (see screenshot below), you will need to ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your internet browser. Each browser is different, but this option is typically found under the security settings in your internet browser.
