Can I get a refund for an event that I can no longer participate in?

The best way to request a refund or change in a registration is to contact the event director. Please note that many of the events on our system have strict no refund policies stated in their participant waivers. These waivers and policies are at the sole discretion of the event director. Race IT doesn't actually host events, so we cannot speak on behalf of the policies the event organizer may have in place.

 

Some events offer a Registration Refund provided by TransAmerica. If you have purchased this product and would like a refund, you will need to contact TransAmerica directly at 1-877-527-0956 or eventrefund@transamerica.com
