What does it mean that I have Incomplete/Unpaid registrations?

Incomplete or Unpaid registrations are participants who went through the registration path, but did not go all the way through the payment process and are not yet successfully registered.

 

As the event director, you can email these incomplete participants reminding them to come back and complete their registration (Click here to see a walk-through of how to do this). You can also choose "Accept Payment" to enter the participant's credit card information and process the payment over the phone or in person.
